Answer

About 120 billion servings

Instant noodles were invented in Japan in 1958 by Momofuku Ando, who later created a version that could be eaten in zero gravity by a Japanese astronaut.

How to estimate it

Split the world in two. About 2 billion people in East and Southeast Asia eat instant noodles roughly once a week: 2 billion × 50 = 100 billion servings a year. The other 6 billion eat them only now and then, say 4 times a year: 24 billion. Total: 124 billion servings. Industry data give about 120 billion servings per year.
