Answer

About 6,000,000 quintillion kg

Earth gains tens of thousands of tonnes of cosmic dust every year, yet it also leaks hydrogen and helium into space, so overall it is getting very slightly lighter.

How to estimate it

Earth's radius is 6,400 km, or 6.4 million metres. The volume of a sphere is 4.19 × r³, so 4.19 × 2.6 × 10^20 gives about 1.1 × 10^21 cubic metres. Surface rock weighs 3,000 kg per cubic metre and the iron core far more, so take 5,000 on average. 1.1 × 10^21 × 5,000 = 5.5 × 10^24 kg. The measured mass is about 6 × 10^24 kg.
